I first set out as Eve.Kitchen in January 2015 and attended the food produce market at the beautiful Abbeydale Picture House selling a crate of my handmade doughnuts.
My dream has always been to have my own little shop, somewhere small and cosy for people to enjoy a treat.
I’ve been fortunate enough to open up a small shop on Sharrow Vale Road and I will put all my effort into making my doughnuts as tasty as they possibly can be.

I decided to go with the Londium Coffee Machine for a few simple reasons: it’s well designed and very high quality, it’s made in England, and the theatre of making coffee from it really does mirror the quality of my handmade doughnuts.
It’s a simple and beautiful coffee machine and I hope it becomes a talking point when customers see it in use. It may take just a few seconds longer than your usual coffee shop machine, but I assure you, it’s definitely worth the wait!
I hope to start doughnut workshops at the shop, perhaps in the evenings, inviting those who long to make their own doughnuts. Its not something everyone tries at home! Its messy work but Its so much fun to watch a plain unsugared doughnut come to life when filled and bursting with your favourite filling, you can get really creative with them.
